Android 12 is the latest Android operating system, released just last week. It’s currently available on Google’s Pixel lineup.
The new operating system comes with a sleek contemporary look. It has lots of other features, including AI performance optimization and more customization options for Android Pixels. Android 12 has several changes compared to Android 11 because it includes extra features thrown in. Android 11 did not have these new features, but Android 12 does.
Android 12 Features
Artificial Intelligence Optimization
One of Android 12’s main features is its use of artificial intelligence. Android 12 uses machine learning to learn the user’s patterns so it can optimize performance. Android 11 did not have this feature, but Android 12 does, making Android 12 far more advanced than Android 11.
Artificial Intelligence Scanning Prevention System
In Android 11, Android’s antivirus would have a red screen when it detected a virus in an app. In Android 12, Android has improved its scanning system so it will not see false positives.
Customization
Android 12 comes with slicker options for Android Pixels to customize their phone to their liking. When opening the camera, Android 12 has the opportunity to add lenses, which Android 11 lacks. Android 12 also has more Control Center options; Android 11 only had three options for Control Center, while Android 12 has 4.
Browser Protection

Android 12 has the option to filter all websites and block pop-ups and malware, and phishing and Android 11 does not have these options.
Android P Pixel Dark Mode
In Android 11, Android’s dark mode is very hidden; Android users had to go through many steps to switch it on. Android 12, on the other hand, has Android’s dark mode as an option when opening the Control Center. Android 11 does not have this feature. Android P Volume Control Notifications
In Android 11, Android’s notifications would never go away once you tapped on them. Android 12 fixed this by giving Android Pixels the option to choose how long they want Android’s notification to stay on-screen before disappearing. Android 11 did not have this option. Android 12 also allows Android Pixels to make Android’s notifications remain on the screen for as long as they want them to before disappearing, compared to Android 11, where Android users had no option and would be stuck with Android’s default time limit of 15 seconds.
Control Center Customization
In Android 11, Android Pixels could not customize Android’s Control Center, where Android users can access Android’s new updates and frequently used apps. Android 12 allows Android P pixels to choose which options they want on the Control Center. Android 11 did not have this feature. Shush

It will help users monitor their usage habits and clear away time-sapping applications, especially those who are very addicted to using Android.
